Sierra Valley's own Mobile Digital Mammography event is coming and all women over 40 are invited to participate!



Did you know: Sierra and Plumas Counties have one of the highest rates of Breast Cancer in California?  We can change that by early screening and care!

Here's our chance to have regular low cost or FREE* Mammography services in our own community.

When: April 9th 1:00-3:30, April 10th 8:30-3:30, April 11th 8:3-12.
Where: Loyalton Clinic Parking Lot

Hosted by: Sierra County Health Department & Eastern Plumas Health Care- Loyalton Clinic
MediCare, MediCal, Family Pact, Private Insurance accepted.  If you are uninsured and low income we will assist you in determining if you are eligible for free services via Komen or Avon Grants.

What to do:  You will need a Health Care Provider's order.
Get one at Loyalton Clinic from Christina Potter, FNP or at
Sierra County Health Department from Robin Jaquez, FNP
or
from your own health care provider.  Return order to Sierra County Health Department.  The order will be faxed then to St. Joseph's Mobile Mammography Program in Stockton.  You will be contacted to arrange an appointment time by St. Joseph’s.  All orders must be received 3 weeks before event.  Sorry, no walk ins.
